In my practice I wish:

  • for every person to feel welcomed, heard and never judged

  • for it to be a warm and safe space where people can freely express themselves without feeling they have to be “perfect” or hide any part of who they are.

Who I am

I am a clinical and community psychologist, specialising in Psychodynamic and Group-Analytic Psychotherapy.

I am registered with the Piedmont Region Order of Psychologists  (no. 2605).

My work stems from the desire to accompany people during moments in which life seems to demand too much—from unexpected changes, relationships that break, paralysing anxiety, or a sense of fatigue that takes your breath away.

In the social field, I have worked with people facing job loss, gender-based violence, family difficulties, and relational fragility. Each encounter taught me to see not only suffering, but also the strength and dignity with which people try to rise again.

For many years, I worked in a Therapeutic Community with adults affected by dual diagnosis—people coping with psychological or psychiatric vulnerabilities alongside forms of addiction. It was an intense and profound experience that shaped my outlook and my way of being a therapist

In my private practice, I have mainly supported individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, bereavement, separation, and all those transitions in life in which moving forward—or knowing with whom to move forward—becomes difficult.

Since 2006, I have also brought psychology into schools, supporting adolescents in preventing risky behaviours and in discovering affectivity and sexuality as healthy, conscious and respectful spaces.

Since 2016, I have lived in Carinthia, Austria. This experience has deepened my interest in themes such as integration, change, cultural adjustment, loneliness and resilience. I work with people facing new languages, identities, beginnings—often discovering they are stronger than they imagined.

In recent years, I have collaborated with:

  • organisations for the protection and support of migrants and asylum seekers (BBU GmbH)
  • schools and associations promoting youth well-being (IKJF, Kinderfreunde)
  • European applied research projects  (Trust Vehicle, Steve, Scott, H2Train)

Since 2024, I have been part of the Psychotherapy Centre of the University of Klagenfurt (https://puk.aau.at/)

Since 18 November 2025, I have been entered into the professional register (Psychotherapy) in Austria.
