In my practice I wish:

  • for every person to feel welcomed, heard and never judged

  • for it to be a warm and safe space where people can freely express themselves without feeling they have to be “perfect” or hide any part of who they are.

Psychological Counselling

Psychological support.

It is a longer-term intervention, without entering the deeper levels of psychotherapy.

The goal is to support the person during a difficult period (bereavement, separation, illness, major life changes).

The focus is on strengthening personal resources, promoting adaptation, and reducing emotional distress.

It is a focused and short-term intervention.

The goal is to help the person to clarify a specific issue, make decisions, and find direction during a complex life phase (career choices, relationship difficulties, temporary stress).

The focus is on understanding the problem and developing practical strategies.

Group psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy

Group psychotherapy is a form of therapy carried out with multiple participants at the same time (6–8), guided by one or two psychotherapists.

The group is an active part of the therapeutic process: listening to others, recognising oneself in their experiences, and receiving feedback promotes awareness and change.

The main benefits are: feeling less alone in one’s difficulties, developing new relational styles, receiving support and feedback, working on interpersonal dynamics that emerge within the group.

The treatment mostly lasts between 6 and 12 months, depending on individual therapeutic goals.

Each group session lasts 90 minutes and takes place weekly.

Before joining the group, an individual assessment session with the psychotherapist is required.

It is a structured, medium- to long-term treatment.

The goal is to treat psychopathological disorders of varying severity (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, personality disorders, etc.) that negatively affect well-being and may interfere with daily functioning.

The focus is to work on the deep causes of suffering, modifying thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours.

The purpose of the treatment is to help the patient gain greater awareness of their difficulties and develop personal resources to achieve a healthier psychological balance.

The benefits and effects achievable through psychotherapy include a reduction in psychological and emotional distress, promotion of psychological well-being, achieving a better personal mental balance, improved relational skills, enhanced management of emotional states, and a deeper understanding of oneself and others.

Each session lasts 50 minutes.

Educational and career guidance

Research and development

I collaborate with companies involved in technological development in the healthcare sector, ensuring that the proposed solutions always take into account the needs and expectations of the end users.

The main tools used are: Focus Groups, Interviews, Questionnaires, User Forums, and Field Tests

A cycle of meetings (up to 6) aimed at supporting the choice of educational and/or professional paths, helping individuals redefine their goals and plan new projects.

It is intended for young people and adults, for those seeking employment or needing to reposition themselves after job loss, and for people facing a transition phase.

Schools and companies can implement guidance programs for their students and employees.

Each session lasts 60 minutes.
